Chefs at the Market Program
Sourcing local for your restaurant just got easier with our Chefs at the Market program! Participating restaurants will receive weekly emails on Tuesday that includes a product list and contact information for farmers selling at the downtown Wednesday Community Farmers Market. Chefs may choose to contact farmers ahead of time to arrange larger orders, ensure proper invoicing, and simplify the market transactions. We hope that this program will encourage you to include more local produce and meats on your restaurant’s menu.
